What keeps you motivated?
Everyone has there own way of staying on track. Mine is the fact that no one is coming to save me (there is a bear chasing me) So no matter what circumstance I'm in (good or bad) I can't quit, I need to keep it moving. So I'm curious, what keeps you motivated?

Morning routine: 500ml mineral water 1 spoon of coconut oil + oregano oil Little bit of my power coffee. 1 spoon of ground coffee, cinnamon, and vainilla essence. what do you take in the mornings?
