Glute gladiator programs
Red’s glute gladiator programs have got me right! I’m leaner and stronger than ever (but still have more to go). The quad definition and glute gains 💪🏽 are everything. Excited to keep building and strengthening. I’m on program 3 and loving the results

Honestly, I think just hitting the gym and going to the range to practice is the 80% of it. Also, the clubs you play can make a big difference too!
