Hey everyone, I'm following Red's Bench Monster Course and tried a new one-rep max yesterday.
Since I started following Bench Monster 4 weeks ago, I've noticed a drastic increase in the weight I'm able to control, and my chest feels and looks a lot bigger than it used to.
That's why I was able to successfully bench 200 lbs/90 kgs for one rep!
