I see a lot of professional sales reps neglect their authenticity and lie about certain aspects when it comes to objection handling & pitching. Do you think that is right or wrong? Do you think it's worth it to close the sale or not?
Saying "I totally understand that concern" when in the back of your mind your central focus is on asking yourself "How can I get them to buy as fast as possible?" rather than listening to their concerns. I think the sales space is full of manipulation & people who pretend to care but in reality they don't.
What do you think of morality when it comes to closing?
