New years is coming, and that means a chance to reinvent ourselves on an identity level. What negative behaviour are you cutting out of your life & what goals are you wanting to achieve in 2025 and why?

I see a lot of professional sales reps neglect their authenticity and lie about certain aspects when it comes to objection handling & pitching. Do you think that is right or wrong? Do you think it's worth it to close the sale or not? Saying "I totally understand that concern" when in the back of your mind your central focus is on asking yourself "How can I get them to buy as fast as possible?" rather than listening to their concerns. I think the sales space is full of manipulation & people who pretend to care but in reality they don't. What do you think of morality when it comes to closing?

What are the reasons you're in sales behind the money?

I was talking in my Skool community with my coach and I asked him this simple question. Then I realized that all of us live for different things, even if we think it's family, business, or experience. It's all slightly different So what are you looking for and why? Why do you think living for this is better than living for anything else? How do you know continuing on this path will fulfill a greater part of you?
