Rock Climbing
Has anyone here tried rock climbing? I've gone a couple times in the last week to this rock climbing gym near me and it's insane how much harder it is than it looks. My forearms are so sore from only around an hour of climbing. If anyone's done it more than a couple times, does it ever get easier?

Why is getting fit important to you?
If you don't truly want something, would you put up with discomfort to get it? Probably not. Inverting this: if you really DO want something, would you put up with discomfort to get it? Probably. We are all here for more or less the same reasons: build muscle, grow in self-confidence, and become better versions of ourselves. But why are achieving those outcomes actually important to you? Why do you really want to get fit?
