Why is getting fit important to you?
If you don't truly want something, would you put up with discomfort to get it?
Probably not.
Inverting this: if you really DO want something, would you put up with discomfort to get it?
Probably.
We are all here for more or less the same reasons: build muscle, grow in self-confidence, and become better versions of ourselves.
But why are achieving those outcomes actually important to you?
Why do you really want to get fit?
