Meditate Dammit
The single picture sums up what separates the elite athletes from the average ones.
Meditation is a part of high-performance mental training for athletes.
Learning how to keep your mind quiet, visualize your desired outcomes, conserve mental energy and get your body and brain in flow state requires being intentional and integrating cognitive fitness into your training regimen.
Meditation is not some woo woo, fluffy thing that is reserved for only monks and spiritual people.
It’s like the squat rack and Burpee’s for your brain. A tool to recondition it so that you can be present, calm and confident and kick ass at whatever life throw your way.
If you’re an athlete out there and you don’t know how to meditate. It’s like you don’t know how to jog. You are going to get left way behind.
meditate dammit.
If you don’t know how. Just ask and I can train you.
