Hope you all are doing well.
Unfortunately, I recently tore my MCL and meniscus in my left knee during practice. I use crutches outside of the house. As well as going to physical therapy , but around the house I can walk around with a brace and bend my knee slightly. I’ve been out for about one month now and have another 2 to 3 months before I can get back on the ice. I’m going kinda crazy at this point not being able to practice or play on the ice.
I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on different training, activities, or exercises that I might be able to do that would keep my skills up. I’d also love to hear if anyone who has had a similar injury had any tips they found helpful during their injury recovery.
