(Question from me, Viki!)
Question for you and others: Sometimes during a race-pace (4×50m or something), you would always have to give it all, right? Always when we do that though, I always think about the future; "if I give everything I got it the first and second pace, I'll die of exhaustion in the next two" or "oh god, the others are pretty chill about it, I'm a nervous wreck". How can I improve that, is there any trick to do so? 🦊
