#1 biggest takeaway: we need to align the conscious mind with the subconscious. The example of the ant and the elephants is very clear and easy to explain to a kid.
# 2 biggest challenge: be disciplined and commit to the 3 mins a day for breathing and visualisation. I know it’s only 3 min, but for a 12 yrs old can be tough 😄.
# 3 Most useful tool: the breathing technique. I have been using this technique also in the past for non related sport situations (for calming him down etc etc) and it works extremely well.
