Have My Team And I Help You Run Your First Half or Full Marathon
Runners - I will create you a fully customized half or full marathon training plan, plus support and coach you until your race. And if for some reason you don’t run your race, I will work with you until you do for free… Guaranteed. Here’s how this works: 1 - I will create your fully customized half - full marathon training plan, strength training workouts, nutrition plan, and race day strategies. 2 - You will have a clear roadmap on exactly what to do from now until your race. 3 - My team and I will coach and support you along the way so that you can avoid the pitfalls so many first time runners fall susceptible too. (injuries, burnout, overtraining, and wasted time) If you do exactly as I say you will finish your first half or full marathon, but if for some odd reason you don’t, I will continue to work with you for free until you do. Now, how can I make a bold promise like this? It’s simple, look at my track record: Joanna won a gold medal on her first half marathon. Mark went from being couch potato to running his first half marathon. Devrie who was dealing with injuries to running her first marathon. Christine who had no running experience, ran her first marathon. Abby ran her first marathon with just 9 weeks of training Plus, another 200 clients I have coached to run their first half or full marathon. (see more client results on the next page.) Not to mention… I have also personally run multiple marathons myself with my best being a 3:34 marathon. Ready to run your first half or full marathon by only running 3x a week? If so, comment ‘COACHING’ below, watch the short video training, and then schedule a time to speak with me. Simple. And again, I guarantee you will run your first half or full marathon. I only work with people I know I can 100% help, so if I don’t think I can help you, I will give you some additional resources. Either way, you will leave the call with clarity on how to train for your half or full marathon. Comment ‘COACHING’ below, watch the video, and then schedule your call.

How fo I build endurance properly?
Hello, I am currently preparing for a half-marathon. I have never really done cardiovascular specific training in my life and wanted to ask if one of you got some sort of guidance on how to properly build endurance. Could be german or english. Even own experiences or tips would help a lot🙏. I am 16 years old.

Hello All!
Hi, my name is Alexandra and I'm so happy to find this group! I ran my first half marathon back in May 2023. I enjoy running and pushing the limits. I am not yet training for a marathon, but I plan on looking into training regimens soon. Not sure which race I'll be looking into yet. I have had trouble with my hips and knees in the past which has been the hardest thing to overcome with my running, especially after doctors told me that "I just wasn't made to run" (haha). I went to physical therapy and learned how to stretch and work with my body properly and I'm one half marathon down, and looking forward to pursuing more races (half and full marathons) in the near future! Looking forward to connecting with this great community for advice and inspiration!

New to the group!
Hi guys. Just introducing myself. I officially start my Marathon training in the morning. I plan to be at the gym at 4:30 AM. How is it going for you guys? Anyone from GA? The longest I’ve ever ran is 12 miles and I didn’t train for it. When I got to the finish line, it felt like I got hit by a bus, this happened a few years ago. I decided that it would be best if I train in advance for these long runs. I don’t want to injure myself. I’m excited and I’m looking forward to this marathon journey! Cheers!
