I discovered Sean and Grant during covid---I had some kettlebells and was familiar with the simple and sinister protocol. That said---I thought I was pretty strong doing 32kg swings and like 55lbs getups. Then I followed a program very similar to the one they laid out in the 4-week FLAGSHIP and it took me to 40kg 1Hswings, 48KG 2H swings (up to 200 in 20min) and triple 48kg getups. If you are at all skeptical---don't be---you will get SUPER strong
