Hello fellow Queens!
Hi I’m Ally and I have honestly never known or spoken to anyone with PMDD so to be in a community who understands is priceless! I live in Denver with my husband and pup and have had PMDD for 15 years and it’s become much more manageable but can still cut me off at the knees some cycles 😵💫 excited to learn more and be here with you warriors!
