Start of my new Training-Plan
So, over the winter holidays where I slowly eased into training again I've developed a "comeback-routine". It's goal is to get me back to my old strengths in calisthenics, cardio and MMA. I left oit swimming, because... well It never really was my long term priority other than the 24h swim last year. Today was my ez cardio day where I hop on zwift for 1h the first week, then 1h 10min the next week etc. (you get the drill). It felt quite good honestly. I'm restraining myself to ez cardio (z2) up "alp du zwift" which is a virtual relatively taxing hill. Overall I rode for 1h (didn't complete the route but that was not the goal) and I'm feeling pretty damn good. I consumed about 1.3L of water 800ml with 400mg Magnesium, 600 ug Folic-acid, 1.1mg B1, 4.3mg B6 and 5ug B12 Do you do EZ Cardio? Comment! UPPER YEEEEEEEEAAAAH BUDDY
Yes, finally: my first real training after these weird weeks.... so tuesday will be upper body. It's not perfect yet, but I'm still experimenting with antagonistic sets with different rwp schemes. Overall I've mainly noticed my Pull-Ups and Dips being weaker than normal. However that was kind of expected. My HSPU are not much weaker (surprisingly). I really enjoyed this one. Simple. Fasted. Just finoshed a not spacious leg wprkout in a dmall camping bus.... it works... kinda, but it's better than nothing. Did you train today?
