Hey Guys, everytime I trained for muscle ups I noticed a very weird painish feeling in my elbows, espevially my right one, during the transition phase. It feels like a tendon is jumping over a bone and back, it's very weird... Have you ever dealt w/ sth similar and do you have advice? Would love to hear your opinion on it πβ€οΈ I stopped training for mu everytime because of this feeling in the transition portion of the movement.
