Elbow Pain/Weird feeling
Hey Guys, everytime I trained for muscle ups I noticed a very weird painish feeling in my elbows, espevially my right one, during the transition phase. It feels like a tendon is jumping over a bone and back, it's very weird... Have you ever dealt w/ sth similar and do you have advice? Would love to hear your opinion on it πŸ™Œβ€οΈ I stopped training for mu everytime because of this feeling in the transition portion of the movement.

I used to have elbow pain in muscle up transition, but I figured it's because of that deep stretch that I don't get in other exercise So what I did was adding any triceps exercise to my warm up that works on the full range of motion especially on the fully bent arm position, I hang a light resistance band on the pull up bar, I go a few steps away from the bar facing the opposite direction, and I do triceps extensions with the band above my shoulders, trying to focus on that deep stretch on the triceps and warming them up on the full range of motion, or I do triceps push down standing away from the bar and leaning more forward than usual

I take some videos, but mostly it's just trying to remember stuff since i rarely go back to those videos I have I'll check this app you mentioned I really need something more efficient than remembering

Yes I do agree, I think when it comes to career choices or sport it's better to chose something to focus on Like Bruce lee once said :" I fear not the man who practiced 10.000 kicks once, but I fear the man who practiced one kick 10.000 times" Ofc it works for some people to focus on many things or combine different sports, but that type will progress slower than someone who focuses on one thing, and will hit plateaus more often
