Yes, finally: my first real training after these weird weeks.... so tuesday will be upper body.
It's not perfect yet, but I'm still experimenting with antagonistic sets with different rwp schemes.
Overall I've mainly noticed my Pull-Ups and Dips being weaker than normal. However that was kind of expected. My HSPU are not much weaker (surprisingly).
I really enjoyed this one.
