There is an enormous difference between whole food complex carbs & simple carbs. We need the whole food carbs! And this is what should make up 90% of our intake.
Having said all that the biggest downfall for me is Starbucks where I go nearly every day. It's not just the sugary chai but also the sweet breads. Scheduling in 3 days to absolutely not go there for this next week.
