Day 14
ADAM is getting to be easier every day. I seem to do it on autopilot.
EAT I get Hungry after dinner on my carb fasting days. I’m not sure what I can eat that’s ok.
MOVE I walk at least 5 miles daily, concerned the weight circuit is going to take a lot of time plus it’s seems very challenging.
I keep trying!
