I have been a poor sleeper for many years. 1. I don’t consume any caffeine, except occasionally chocolate. 2. I have a regular bedtime, 11pm and up at 7am 3. No phone starting at 9pm 4. I read for 30 minutes before turning Off the lights. 5. Go for a brisk walk, 1 hour after work plus sometimes at lunch as well. 6. I can fall asleep but awake after 1-2 hours unable to get to sleep again. 7. I have chronic belching every night causing stomach pain and makes sleeping more difficult. Any suggestions. I am going to purchase blue glasses and see if they help. Thanks Really trying to get a good night’s sleep!!
