I have been a poor sleeper for many years.
- I don’t consume any caffeine, except occasionally chocolate.
- I have a regular bedtime, 11pm and up at 7am
- No phone starting at 9pm
- I read for 30 minutes before turning Off the lights.
- Go for a brisk walk, 1 hour after work plus sometimes at lunch as well.
- I can fall asleep but awake after 1-2 hours unable to get to sleep again.
- I have chronic belching every night causing stomach pain and makes sleeping more difficult.
Any suggestions.
I am going to purchase blue glasses and see if they help. Thanks
