Getting ready to go on my 40 minute silent walk this morning. Yesterday’s version was in the dark, and I kept thinking about something super important that should help you. Any change can be hard. But the beauty of hard is that when you do it consistently, it becomes easier. It even becomes easy. It’s very easy for me to go to the gym. It’s easy for me to eat healthier. It’s easy for me to do many of the things we’re going to be talking about during the sprint. But walking with a 40 pound backpack on for 40 straight days has proven to be challenging for me at least at the beginning. I can just about guarantee you that over the next couple of weeks it will become much easier. Lean into hard, it’s totally worth it
