I’m truly fascinated that with the wave of monitoring tools available ; the nutritionists along with the scientific human performance scientists have not yet created the holy grail for athletes : Like your blood sugar , why aren’t they yet monitoring the blood content of protein/ carbs / and fat ? We know the interest is in how much of these gms enter the actual muscles themselves ; but —— THE BLOOD CONTENT IS CERTAINLY BETTER THAN THE ESTIMATED INGESTION ! Ha - see the tools that your kids and grandchildren will have to accelerate their training ?

Wanted to post this yesterday ! Thought the remarks by our presenter about him not being an artist were interesting ! I totally disagree with him 😄Think he’s pretty artistic ! Certain segments of our society get really brainwashed about this ! In truth , one does not have to draw well to be an artist ! It’s NOT WHAT ONE DOES THAT MAKES ONE AN ARTIST ; BUT INSTEAD - THE DEFINING FACTOR IS HOW ONE DOES WHAT IT IS THAT THEY DO !

I started my water fast last night (Monday, May 27) at 7:35PM. I am going for a 72 hour fast with only water. I plan on drinking a gallon of water a day. I'll break my fast if I feel nausea or dizzy. This is the second 72 hour fast I have ever tried. The last one was in September 2023 and I lasted 88.5 hours and felt great. I'll keep you posted on how it's going.
