I’m truly fascinated that with the wave of monitoring tools available ; the nutritionists along with the scientific human performance scientists have not yet created the holy grail for athletes : Like your blood sugar , why aren’t they yet monitoring the blood content of protein/ carbs / and fat ? We know the interest is in how much of these gms enter the actual muscles themselves ; but —— THE BLOOD CONTENT IS CERTAINLY BETTER THAN THE ESTIMATED INGESTION !
