Hey i’m Loïc. I’ve been playing sports my whole life whether it’s basketball, volleyball, soccer, football or even mma. 6 months ago I took the next step into becoming the best athlete i can be. I started going to goodlife. My goal was to put on some weight so that i could be more physical during my sports. I gained 20 since i’ve been going. This is thanks to Kody by helping me track my weight and showing me how to organize workouts. It was a hard journey but now i am 165 and not getting bodied in sports anymore. Or at least not as much as before. My athleticism has also gotten way better. For example i can now almost dunk plus i am way quicker. I am still looking to gain more muscle mass and continue getting more athletic. My goal is to be 180 by the end of the year which I should be able to attain pretty easily.
