wrote a post that inspired my next question… My hardest day is grocery shopping day, (which was yesterday!) Mostly bc the kids and I play a game for dinner that day. They each have a budget and a food category to shop for dinner… (1. Main dish, 2. Side, 3. Veggies & Fruits, 4. Desert, 5. Chips (yes, chips get their own category 😅) It’s been a fun tradition and has taught them how to budget and shop… just writing this I’m realizing we need a new challenge… Health Version. 🤔 I am curious how that will go.
It did come to my attention they are learning great habits with money… not so great with nutritional choices.
What are some items or ways I can help make the new version just as fun for them?
