My name is Koda and I have been a member of the group since it started or shortly there after. I’ve not been active at all. I want to change that. I recently got engaged, and will be getting married in about a years time and I want to improve my health, my mental and physical self…
I’ve struggled with losing weight, my entire life. The last month and a half I have committed myself to getting up and going to the gym three days a week. I have since upped that to start going every day.. I guess I’m not sure where to start in the group… :)
