I've been a little MIA. Life is a bit wild right now. Even so, I haven't slowed down on trying to reach my health and fitness goals (which in itself is a win). I've had a goal to be able to do a mile in under 20 minutes. It's been like 10 years since I was able to do that. Today I reached that goal!!! I did a mile in 18:10!!! Now on to shooting for a 15 minute mile! Hope you all are doing well! Cheers!!
