Hi everyone, my name is Sarah Harris and I’m happy to be here and connect with you all. I have been working out off and on for several years, but I have struggled especially with nutrition, so I have finally got a nutrition program that is working for me right now. My main struggle with working out is physically being able to do the exercises because I’m in a lot of pain all the time.
Since I was able to shift my mindset, I’ve been able to handle the kitchen and beyond point over there. so I’ve been back to working out for at least 15 minutes every day for seven days today.
