I would say that over the last few days I've lived at the #5 - #6 level. Although #7 is not a stranger.
In terms of my goal for the course - initially it was to address a stall and get ride of the remaining visceral fat. While this goal remains, the issue of uric acid, its causes, repercussions and treatment has become paramount.
In terms of Cronometer: Day one was a blowout with Protein at 225%, Carbs 220%, Fat 56%.
Day two; Protein 158%, Carbs71%, Fat 50%. Day three; Protein 101%, Carbs 74%, Fat 105%. So its just about focus, I guess
