Numbers Sunday Funday
Protein 47 grams Carbs 36 grams Fat 146 grams I was out of town with family. Started my sardine fast at 6:30 pm

Stamp and goal
I am starting at the beginning as I am in rehab. Will strive to keep my carbs under 20 but will have to forgo fasting this class cycle. When I return home around 9/30, I will return to my regimen of 2 meals a day in a 6 hour eating window finishing before sundown and a 72 hour fast beginning on Sunday and finishing Wednesday.

Morning numbers
BG 92 BK .8 DBR 113 I’m sure lack of sleep had to do with this. Also, I took my numbers 30-45 after I woke up.

Stamp and goal
I’m basically starting all over. After a tough intestinal infection that lasted 4 months, I’m doing a reset. So I’m on step 2 getting my carbs down to 20 again. In the 21 day course I hope to get to 3 or 4.
