Broke my 75 hour water fast
Broke my fast with some kettle and fire beef bone broth before dinner 30 min later. My macros were 55gr protein, 18 gr carbs, 96 gr fat. Measured my blood just before eating and was surprised my glucose was 65. I wonder if it rose in anticipation of food. My mouth was probably watering for at least an hour as I prepped dinner. A little later than I would’ve liked but couldn’t see doing anymore like some of you wonderful people. I’m feeling good overall. Ended the fast strong and enjoyed dinner with my daughter.

@Ruthie Slingerland That's amazing! Great numbers!
Crappy feeling before but now look at #’s
Just got over a wave of feeling crappy, a light headache and feeling faint. I did what Deborah and Wolf said to make sure I had salt. I made some solé water and about an hour later feel so much better! I wasn’t sure I’d make it through but now I know to get that salt in before I quit. Not really quit but trying to stay in water fast mode as long as I can. I’m 48 hours in. Look at the numbers! I’ve never had a DBR of 7. My lowest in the past was 12. This is a first! Thanks for all your help and encouragement.

Great job! Amazing!
Fasting
This is interesting my numbers are still same as when on sardines but having evening cravings. Not sure why. Maybe my old records are playing. Also I am sure glad I bought more keto mojo strips, really burning through them

Maybe you should have sardines, and the cravings will go away😘
Saturday Late night
Still away, college visit. Last night we went to the Liberty Stadium to watch football. 1 minute and 25 seconds into the game, all 30 thousand fans were asked to find shelter. A thunderstorm was headed our way. Although we eventually made it to the concourse, we were drenched, stuffed in the covered area for hours like sardines-just as stinky too!.Eventually after several discouraging delays we went back to our hotel to change into dry clothes only to hear that the game was finally resuming-this after a 4 hour delay due to the storms. Our boys were thrilled! After all, we drove 500 miles to be here-and paid a pretty penny too. Off we went at 11pm back to the stadium for a showdown with the East Carolina Pirates. The game ended at 2 am. My head hit the pillow at 3am. It was worth it! And our team won! Bedtime 3am Water break 7am Wake up 9 am 6-1=5 total hrs of sleep thank goodness for eye mask and earplugs Go Flames!!!🔥 🏈

Progress
I’m about 32+ hours into my water (black coffee) fast and gliding along. I just got back from a 4+ mile walk and my ketones were up to 2.1(my personal record high) and a DBR of 41(another personal record). Blood sugar was 90 (because of the exercise?) but earlier in the day I was a 70, 1.0 ketones and DBR of 68. I don’t have to deal with food so it’s a great opportunity to be productive and smash a project that’s been on the back burner. Whenever food does come to mind, I just run through a little self talk with my body that I firmly believe; “I don’t need to eat, I don’t want to eat, so just continue to eat my fat”! Actually I feel great and plan on celebrating the end of my water fast with sardines, or rolling right into another sardine challenge. Sleep has still been inconsistent. Last night I was in bed at 9:30, up at 03:00 for a little while, back to sleep, up again but I refused to check the time, back to sleep and woke up as it started to get light around 07:00 (I forgot to set my alarm for 06:00). My sleep # is 9.5-2=7.5; I felt rested in spite of the disruptions. I’m starting to believe that the process itself and the inherent self discovery may be some of the greatest rewards, along with added health benefits of course. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s adventure. Cheers team

Congratulations! Great work! I have the same problem with my sleep, no matter what time I go to bed, still up by 3-4 am! Still working on the strategy!
