FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL
The first time I tried to bench 75kg, I failed. Hard. I remember the bar coming down and just… not going back up. It sucked, bro. I felt weak, embarrassed, like maybe this whole thing wasn’t for me. But that failure? It lit a fire in me.
I went back to the basics. Improved my form, stayed consistent, and kept pushing. A few months later, I wasn’t just hitting 75kg—I was smashing 105kg. That failure became my fuel.
Lesson: Don’t fear failure. Use it. Every setback is just another chance to come back stronger. Fail forward, bro.
