The first time I tried to bench 75kg, I failed. Hard. I remember the bar coming down and just… not going back up. It sucked, bro. I felt weak, embarrassed, like maybe this whole thing wasn’t for me. But that failure? It lit a fire in me. I went back to the basics. Improved my form, stayed consistent, and kept pushing. A few months later, I wasn’t just hitting 75kg—I was smashing 105kg. That failure became my fuel. Lesson: Don’t fear failure. Use it. Every setback is just another chance to come back stronger. Fail forward, bro.

SKINNY DUDES.. hit a pr next week
A lot of skinny dudes who want to for example build a bigger bench hit the gym and focus ONLY on heavy lifting—5x5.. 4x6 all that crap. But first, let me tell you my story so you know I’m not bullshitting you.. I was super skinny and went from a 75kg bench to a 105kg bench in 6 months.. YES, 6 MONTHS!! (Now I’ve hit 120) Listen bro, you’re skinny you don’t have much muscle.. so the best way for you to get stronger is to GAIN MUSCLE to get more strength potential!! Look at it like this, your current muscles have a certain strength potential.. if you’re skinny, you don’t have much muscle so you don’t have much strength potential. GROW GROW GROW TRAIN TO FAILURE UP TO 15 REPS and watch how your bench progress skyrockets
