Looking to see what print materials everyone uses for marketing and then when in the sales process.
We use 4X9 rack cards with a $200 off a two-car garage coupon and several pics, including a garage, basement, carport, patio, and porch, along with some short educational things on why we use polyaspartic over epoxy. We then put these in newspaper tubes and on (never in) mailboxes. Yes, the post office will call you a couple of times a year, but WHO CARES? They are all talk and no action. Been putting out rack cards like this for 14 years. We put out about 15,000 per year.
In the sales process, we have a nice printed sales folder with a copy of our insurance, the floor process with pics of each step, and more in-depth info on why Poly is superior to Epoxy. For you epoxy guys, we use Poly as it is easy to sell against epoxy guys in my area. It has a sheet with all the flake colors on it. We only do flake floors because it's easy to install as we do one-day floors. We also have a section about myself and my family, as people are likelier to want to do business with a small family-owned business over a franchise, even if it's locally owned. Lastly, we have a sheet we give them telling them how to best deal with contractors when deciding who to hire for future use with plumbers, electricians, yard companies, etc (meant for them to use after we leave and keep in a drawer for when they needed, and this way our info is on it to remind them to refer us if they used us or to call us and revisit getting a floor if they had not do do.)
NOW THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS FAR WHAT DO YOUR GUYS DO?
