Day 2 FMD: bone broth and green juice morning, CCF tea throughout day, warm veggie supper (cauliflower rice, green tomatoes, spinach, garlic, sauerkraut, turmeric, ginger , salt). And a cup of chia water to keep things regular. 400 total calories today!
