Are there any cheap ways to get all your fat in?
Lately, my appetite has massively decreased. Not sure why, but it's usually because I don't have enough fat. So to increase my fat, I could stuff my face with butter, but I feel like that would just be disgusting. My other option is beef tallow. But i's too expensive. So any ideas? Thanks

Is carnivore possible without eggs.
For context I am allergic to eggs both the yolk and white. My diet right now is 2lb of Beef and 1lb of sweet potato. I'm 5"7 153lb at ~16% body fat. My goal is to shred down to 10% bodyfat. With my current diet I feel really good but haven't been losing those few pounds of fat. I'm considering eating only beef but I fear I might not be getting enough micro nutrients without eggs. Thanks for reading

I'm a newbie...
Hey Everyone, I'm really struggling with sugar! I'm worse than I was before I started Carnivore. Also, I find it hard to eat the fat on the meat, any other suggestions to get my fat intake up 🙏

Starting Carnivore
Recently, I was diagnosed with General Fatty Liver Disease and Pre-Diabetes (Round Two). I’m nearing my eighteenth birthday soon, so these health conditions are concerning to me especially as an athlete. Unfortunately, my dad has never taken my words seriously about nutrition and has indirectly led to this outcome. My question is, what should I tell to my dad to get him convinced to LET me at least do a month of carnivore? What would y’all recommend me to do? A month? Two?

Does Milk and Fish give anyone else a crazy amount of more energy
What's up, Carnivore?! I am new to this community but have been transitioning to the carnivore diet for a long time. It has been stretched out over a year because I am a competitive athlete and don't want a fast transition to impact my abilities. My diet now consists of beef patties, heart, kidney, liver, salmon, eggs, meat, protein powder, and milk. I admit that I have an apple or banana once a day and sometimes some orange juice. The salmon and milk were new a week ago. But when I added them, I had trouble sleeping for the first three days because I was wide awake. It's now day 7 with these two new food items, and according to my whoop, I am decreasing the sleep debt (it jumps it to 2 hours by day 2, now at 25 mins) Has anyone else had this experience? My goal is to go to Total Carnivore soon!
