I'm a newbie...
Hey Everyone, I'm really struggling with sugar! I'm worse than I was before I started Carnivore. Also, I find it hard to eat the fat on the meat, any other suggestions to get my fat intake up 🙏

Get some good quality bacon for the fats. As you’ve just started i’d suggest not to fast cause your body is still priming. Make some carnivore snacks! It could be a lovely raw cheese, some bacon or whatever carbfree you like. Whenever the sugar cravings hit, have a snack! If the above is not working check youtube on how to make carnivore crack.
Is carnivore possible without eggs.
For context I am allergic to eggs both the yolk and white. My diet right now is 2lb of Beef and 1lb of sweet potato. I'm 5"7 153lb at ~16% body fat. My goal is to shred down to 10% bodyfat. With my current diet I feel really good but haven't been losing those few pounds of fat. I'm considering eating only beef but I fear I might not be getting enough micro nutrients without eggs. Thanks for reading

Hey Thomas, It is absolutely no problem to eat a meat based or carnivore diet without eggs. What you want to watch out for is a shortage of iodide and omega 3. Supplementing a normal daily dosis of iodide and a good quality fish oil would be recommended. Also the fish oil can help break down histamine faster.

Good job!
Don't eat cholesterol
There was a time before the carni diet was popular and I was trying to bulk up for sports. I had cracked 18 eggs in the frying pan in an effort to hit my 3000 calorie target. I remember my aunt telling me I need to be careful and eat some vegetables to be healthy. Nowadays I know without a shadow of a doubt my instincts were correct. Bodybuilding foods are filled with the vitamins and minerals needed to grow. They are the healthiest foods for us. Moral of the story. Make Gains and Be Happy.

I think I'm experiencing oxalate dumping...
Yesterday I woke up in the middle of the night in sheer pain. I had a bad cramp in my calf. I'm also feeling quite thirsty (although not so bad today). And I have some sort of ulster or small spot in my mouth. Is this oxalate dumping?
