Are there any cheap ways to get all your fat in?
Lately, my appetite has massively decreased. Not sure why, but it's usually because I don't have enough fat. So to increase my fat, I could stuff my face with butter, but I feel like that would just be disgusting. My other option is beef tallow. But i's too expensive. So any ideas? Thanks

@Antoine Davis I eat mainly, sirloin steaks, burgers, ground beef, eggs, butter and bacon. My ground beef is 20% fat.

@Jonathan Vos So my fat to protein ratio is around 50/50. I eat ground beef, but I don't understand how yours is so fatty? My ground beef is 18% fat. I've been carnivore 4 months, I exercise regularly (5 workouts per week), I may need some more sleep, but overall it's good. I track my sleep with sleep cycle and I'm getting around 7hrs 15m, even tho I'm in bed for 8hrs. Yes, I always eat at different times every day, And wdym, by I'm growing less than usual? Like in height? Or muscle? Because muscle wise, I'm not exploding with muscle, but I'm also not making 0 progress if you get what I mean. And the same for my height.
Been stressed!
Hey guys! I haven’t been posting too much since we are going through some things in my home that has had me stressed! All is well with my carnivore life and outside of stresses out of my control we are healthy!!!

Stressful days are necessary for relaxing days.
I think I'm experiencing oxalate dumping...
Yesterday I woke up in the middle of the night in sheer pain. I had a bad cramp in my calf. I'm also feeling quite thirsty (although not so bad today). And I have some sort of ulster or small spot in my mouth. Is this oxalate dumping?

@Kelechi U Amazing advice. This is basically everything I needed to know. You're correct. My fat is low for a carnivore. I have about a 50/50 ratio. I'll probably just double down on butter. And I have a dry throat as I type. Yes my appetite has reduced recently. And yes I always overcook my food because that's just the way I like it. But how can I leave the juice inside the food? Would it not be raw then? I'll also increase my salt. Thank you, I appreciate the massive comment. You put a lot of effort into that. And you definitely know your stuff. Thank you

@Kelechi U Thank you. I don't think I'll be able to eat this more often. Because of my parents. I do have this now and again
I just realised something...
Yesterday, I checked the ingredients of the burgers I've been eating for the last 3 months. And I found out there were breadcrumbs in there. I usually eat probably 10-20 of these burgers per week. Usually, after I ate these burgers, I had a sore stomach. And if I ate the burgers too fast, They would get stuck in my throat. But all I'm wondering is, How could these bread crumbs of been affecting me? How significant would their impact been on me?

Fat to protein ratios
When you say to have a fat to protein ratio of around 70% fat and 30% protein, Do you mean in a calories or grams? Thanks
