New Course - 10 DAYS OF CONSISTENCY - Journaling
We've been looking through the posts created by members of Caliversity and we realised that we have a lot of people making daily journals, VERY CONSISTENTLY.
So we decided to make a course that helps everyone stay accountable.
That's where we came out with "10 DAYS OF CONSISTENCY"
This course is set on a journal-like basis and has two objectives:
  1. To help you achieve your fitness goal
2. To help you practice consistency
Last but not least, recording your journey will let you see the difference between how the progress of your goal looked like:
On day 1
Vs day 10
I'll be leading this journal so you can learn from it and take part in it the same way that I am!
