Confidence Traits part 4: Humility, Optimism and Ruthlessness
Daily Dose of Integrity
New full length video out today!
This is part 4 of a 5-part series on confident traits.
In this episode, we look at the importance of humility through critical thinking; recognizing our brain's flaws and being open to correction. We explore why confident people question everything, and the idea of being comfortable with uncertainty.
Then we'll look at the role of curiosity in learning and growth, and the benefits of optimism through focusing on strengths and opportunities; we'll talk about building self-awareness, how understanding one's behaviour and patterns is crucial to confidence building.
And finally we'll look at the more controversial suggested trait: ruthlessness; knowing when it's necessary drop all compassion to protect oneself, leading to assertiveness and confidence in decision-making.
