Made some sauerkraut and fire cider today, started a ginger bug and a sourdough bread. It might be time to revive our kombucha, too... And this morning I went birdwatching with my son. We found 13 species of birds on our short walk. My son's favorite was the European Robin we got to observe, although he was hoping to see a Short-toed Treecreeper. 😂 I think my favorite was the blue tit I saw... 😍 It's been a good day...
