  1. Are we able to assign an assistant to a specific chat widget in HL? We have 2 different functions for the assistant based of the 2 different widgets. One is for website and the other is for a landing page where there is no need for prequalifying etc just to answer specific questions around the offer. In the wf there is only one option for reply channel which is live chat, so do I prompt this somehow?
  2. Where in my agency account do I add in THE CLIENTS API key? I have mine connected but I want the clients to directly connect their own. I thought this was possible, no?
