Are your records being updated in GHL?

Hi everyone! I have been trying to understand the logic of setting up the agents. So far, the voice is following the prompt:

1) It asks for name, phone and company name.

2) It books the appointment

3) But...

Is not updating GHL even with a custom tool. Maybe I am doing something wrong (most likely).

Any comment/help would be appreciated!
