A few days ago Abraham made a post about stretching but I’m just now reading it this morning and got a “download” from it. I try to stretch and I want to get just as consistent with it as I do the gym. On the mornings I do I feel a lot better. Stretching before anything makes me feel better. Then I thought to myself “that’s why when you wake up in the morning, the first thing you do is stretch.” It maybe unconsciously or out of habit, but you still do it. I feel like if you were to try to get up immediately after waking up without stretching it just wouldn’t feel right.
