Weekly Report/Goals 12/22/24
Hey guys, going into the new year I'm going to commit to sharing not only my monthly and quarterly 1-page reports, but also my weekly. This habit has been one of the most influential in 2024 and I'm going to double down on it in 2025. Here is my report for this week!

Weekly Report 12/16/24 - 12/21/24
1. Last week's Goals - Hire Social Media Manager - Intermittent fasting and cold showers daily - Enjoy holiday festivties 2. Reframe bad expeience - I was super sick last week, but I was retaught that if I don't take time to be healthy then I will be forced to take time to be sick. I am grateful for a body that heals itself. I am grateful that I was forced to figure out what was most important 3. Wins from last week - Maintained healthy habits of fasting and cold showers almost daily - Had wonderful holiday experiences with the kiddos - Made massive progress on business finances as a result of interviewing Social Media Managers and having conversations with Karen about how to manage finances. 4. Goals next week - Maintain healthy habits (exercise, fasting, cold showers, sleep) - Improve my communication (this comes from the book I'm reading this month) - Have one conversation with a couple who is interested in joining the community.

Goals finish up Dec. start Jan.
1. Go through Christmas (December) with an extra measure of the beautiful spirit of Christ, letting go of things not able to do. 2. Have a special time with family at our 'Night In Bethlehem' activity this Saturday. 3. Look to my Future self desires for the new year and finish my 20 pound weight loss goal with maintenance and return to my former excercise plan as I'm capable. (I wrote all these down in my planner pages for December to see and focus on.) 😁

12/16/2024 Weekly Report
1. Last week's goals were ill defined and then abandoned to make much needed R&R the main priority. I planned to attend a three-day workshop with TR/DG and show up for my kids while making progress on organizing our home and my business. I worked with AI to set and knock out several mundane processes last week. 2. The WORST thing that happened last week was my teenager had an uproar meltdown. One sign of personal progress was that I was able to minimize my reactivity and set some solid boundaries. We're also putting systems in place to be able to manage our internet in the future. 3. Favorite Wins from last week were that I am finally seeing some real evidence that my health and fitness goals are coming to fruition. I discovered a new Wasp breathwork mudra to lower blood pressure and have finally seen stubborn pounds leave for good. I spent a lot of time crying and mourning over the past and took the time out for self-care. Watching Red One with my youngest was a beautiful quality time spent with him. I also have nearly completed my landing page for a lead magnet for my community and resolved an email glitch for my business. 4. Simple, Exciting & Disruptive Goals for NEXT WEEK: New Income of $6K+ by EOM or EOW- Audio Studio Finished, installation, hardware, software, audio checks, content solo and collaboration completed. - Greater organization for home and office- removing items that aren't serving to create more space, functionality and ease. Taxes Paid (trip to post office). I've already dove into completing dishes and clearing out the clutter this week - And started learning how to support and coach clients through their pain body experiences on a deeper level, which has clarified some past experiences with friends and clients and paves the way for me to have greater confidence and impact with future clients. I'm thrilled to have this and my other communities - I'm very present to how extra ordinarily valuable it is to have ongoing accountability and support.

Goals, back to it!!
After feeling down and out with my knee injury and getting very little done, I'm now, brace, crutches and all, getting back to my daily master plan. Spiritual, Physical, Mental, Social ... goals in each. πŸ˜„
