- Go through Christmas (December) with an extra measure of the beautiful spirit of Christ, letting go of things not able to do.
- Have a special time with family at our 'Night In Bethlehem' activity this Saturday.
3. Look to my Future self desires for the new year and finish my 20 pound weight loss goal with maintenance and return to my former excercise plan as I'm capable.
