💪🏼 June Challenge + 🎁
You know I love good challenge. This month, I participated in a challenge the DownDog App community put on. Basically the challenge was to exercise every day for the month of May (obviously using one of their apps in this case) I finished my 31 workouts this morning, 18 of which were HIIT workouts, the rest Yin Yoga. 🔥 And for June, I'm challenging YOU to join me. 🔥 For finishing their May Challenge Down Dog App gave me a special referral link that gets you the app for 90 days for FREE! 🥳 🎁 This isn't an affiliate link or anything. I don't get anything for it. (Without my link you can still try out the app for free for 2 weeks! My link just gives you 90 days! However, they're having an insane sale right now that's worth checking out. I think it's $20 per YEAR or something crazy. And you'll keep that price until you cancel.) Can you commit to 1 session a day? Can you commit to just 15 min every day for the month of June? It could be anything from yoga, to HIIT to meditation... Or a mix. That's what I do. 🔶 One 15-min session every day in June 🔶 Comment on this post every day to share your progress (seeing others share theirs will hopefully encourage you to keep going) 🔶 If you're not into HIIT, Yoga, Meditation or Barre, feel free to create your own challenge. Just share it in a comment below! They have several different apps. I use them all on my computer, but they have them for phone and tablet too. And each app is completely customizable from total beginners to advanced. And you can also customize how long you want each session to be, what specific areas of your body you want to focus on (leg day, anybody? 😅) – for my yoga sessions I like extra attention for my neck and hips... I hold a lot of stress there. The best part for me is that you get a different session EVERY TIME (Disclaimer: there's more variety in more advanced levels, though). I've been using this app since 2017. It kept me sane and in shape during Covid lockdowns (they even made the app free for everybody during that time!)

I'm planning some content for the next couple of months and I'd love your input, but first I need to know what day of the week you prefer for these. So, the classes will be about branding and everything around it. I'm open to suggestions here. Right now I'm thinking about an intro class to Descript for video editing, and another Canva class. There's a big Canva event happening on May 23 where they'll announce all kinds of new features. I'm thinking a class after that might make sense where I can share the most important and useful updates for you guys. Another class I'm thinking about is how to create a quiz or assessment for your business as a lead magnet. You've seen the Brand Superpower Quiz I've built (it's my most successful lead magnet), and I just built the Master Brand Index, which is a brand assessment telling you how strong your brand is. I can think of all kinds of ways you could use this tool – "How healthy are you REALLY?" "Is chiropractic for you?" "Are you heading towards burnout?" "Are you ready for our [Name of Program]?" "Does your nervous system need a tune-up?" etc. Endless possibilities! And then I'll sprinkle in some fermentation classes as well. Next up we'll do one about beyond sourdough – cakes, pizza, pancakes, etc. And then we'll see what's next. Most of these classes will be at least an hour long I'm guessing. Plus, since I'm in Europe there is also a bit of a time difference for most of you. That means in you're in the US, classes will be in the morning, if you're in Europe, classes will be in late afternoon/evening, I'd say somewhere between 10 am and 2 pm ET (4 pm and 8 pm CET). So, knowing that what day would work best for you, generally speaking? Feel free to share in the comments what kind of classes you're hoping for, and if there are specific times that work better for you... 🙏🏼
