You know I love good challenge. This month, I participated in a challenge the DownDog App community put on. Basically the challenge was to exercise every day for the month of May (obviously using one of their apps in this case)
I finished my 31 workouts this morning, 18 of which were HIIT workouts, the rest Yin Yoga.

Can you commit to 1 session a day? Can you commit to just 15 min every day for the month ofΒ June? It could be anything from yoga, to HIIT to meditation... Or a mix. That's what I do.

They have several different apps. I use them all on my computer, but they have them for phone and tablet too.
And each app is completely customizable from total beginners to advanced. And you can also customize how long you want each session to be, what specific areas of your body you want to focus on (leg day, anybody? πŸ˜…) – for my yoga sessions I like extra attention for my neck and hips... I hold a lot of stress there.
The best part for me is that you get a different session EVERY TIME (Disclaimer: there's more variety in more advanced levels, though). I've been using this app since 2017. It kept me sane and in shape during Covid lockdowns (they even made the app free for everybody during that time!)
I love it, use it regularly and highly recommend it.
