My bot keeps interjecting
So when the conversation starts with ai and rep takes over, the ai keeps interjecting. How do I stop this? I thought ots supposed to stop when they manually respond to lead??

No I think you should have a workflow that removes the tag when the rep jumps in right?
Getting in touch with HighLevel support
I changed my login email to my agency and its the same one I use for my sub account and now I cant login to my agency. I no longer have FB access. Anyone know how I can reach out to support? I used the support zen desk email but I need to get access to my accounts asap and no one has responded to me on that email I sent.

Do you have any other agency users? They can change your permissions from account user to agency admin. If not I can reach out to them via my chat widget for you maybe they'll help
Custom Workflow Action Explanations?
Hey guys, is there any breakdown of how each of the custom workflow actions works? For example, if the Assistants are directly connected to every GHL conversation, what would we need the "Add Context" WF action for? Thanks!

Round Robin to Select Specific Staff??
Has anyone figured out how to use a round-robin calendar connected to voice/chat to assign the user to a specific staff member? One idea Iโ€™m considering is letting the AI add the name of the preferred staff member to a custom field in the contact profile, then setting up automation to notify that staff member if their name is read there. However, it seems tricky, especially if our client wants to re-organize or add new staff members down the line.

So the assistant isn't actually booking to the calendar? It seems easy to do what you're asking through the GHL calendar setup
How To Get VoiceBot To ONLY Answer afterhours calls?
Can't seem to find a way to set this up so the voice Ai ONLY answers calls after 5pm, for example, to be used as an after hours receptionist. Is there a way to do this? I can't seem to find a way. @Jason Dueck any idea?

You could set up a workflow that adds the active tag during off-hours only! Unless I'm misunderstanding
