Round Robin to Select Specific Staff??
Has anyone figured out how to use a round-robin calendar connected to voice/chat to assign the user to a specific staff member? One idea Iโm considering is letting the AI add the name of the preferred staff member to a custom field in the contact profile, then setting up automation to notify that staff member if their name is read there. However, it seems tricky, especially if our client wants to re-organize or add new staff members down the line.
